What to include

Tell us which Open Rates tool you were using, the approximate market criteria, the lender or product name shown, and what appeared incorrect. If available, include the public dataset version displayed in the result.

Do not send names, contact details, property addresses, account identifiers, documents, credit reports, or other borrower-identifying information for an Open Rates support request.

Privacy and deletion requests

Open Rates provides potential market options from published information. It cannot approve or underwrite a mortgage, guarantee pricing, submit an application, or contact a lender on a user's behalf.
