Open Financial Inc. is an Ontario mortgage brokerage. We help property owners and borrowers organize the asset, income, financing purpose and exit so the available lender routes can be assessed.

Our work includes business-owner commercial property, multifamily and rental housing, construction and development, and alternative or private mortgage situations. The starting point is the financing problem and the evidence behind the file.
Meet our principal broker
Marcel Greaux is our principal broker. He helps borrowers understand their financing options and prepare the property and financial information lenders need.
Fees, compensation and the full cost
Ask for a written explanation of who pays the brokerage, any lender compensation, any borrower-paid brokerage fee, and when each amount is payable. Review lender, legal, appraisal, discharge and other transaction costs alongside the interest rate.
